Report an issue

You can report City-related problems, file a code complaint, report a spill, submit a claim for damages, or appeal certain City decisions. Understand what information you need, where to send it, and what may happen after you submit your request.

Share a concern with the city

Submit a code compliance complaint

Learn about common concerns you may want to report, like graffiti, overgrown vegetation, or vacant buildings. Find out how to submit your complaint and track its status.

Report a spill

Unwanted pollutants that enter our drainage system can seriously harm our environment and community. Whether a spill is accidental or intentional, you should report it immediately.

File a claim for damages

Follow this process if you believe we’re responsible for damages to you or your property.

Appeal a City decision

If a City decision or action negatively affects you, you may appeal it to the City Hearing Examiner. Find out what you can appeal and how to file.
