View the current City budget and Capital Improvement Plan. Learn how we use it to fund services, programs and projects that improve our community.
Every two years, our City creates a budget that serves as a roadmap for how we invest public funds. The budget outlines how we’ll deliver City services, fund projects, and support the priorities that matter most to our community. It also helps residents understand how we plan for today while preparing for the future. You can view the 2025 – 2026 Amended Budget or 2025– 2026 Adopted Budget in our Digital Budget Book, powered by ClearGov.
As part of the budget, we create a six-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). This plan highlights major projects and equipment investments, including improvements to roads, parks, public buildings and other City infrastructure. The CIP helps us plan for growth, maintain community assets and make smart long-term investments. You can explore the full list of programs(PDF, 16MB) in our Digital Budget Book.
We also create a Program Inventory(PDF, 1MB) that describes the services and programs we provide. Each program summary explains what we do, the services we offer, and how those services benefit the community. The inventory gives residents a better understanding of how City programs support our community every day.
