See the roadway classifications(PDF, 419KB) to check which section applies to your project.
Check the Bike Path Plan(PDF, 455KB). If it shows a proposed or existing bike lane bordering the property, your frontage improvements must include a bike lane.
If the street bordering the property is part of the 2023 – 2028 Transportation Improvement Plan, you may be able to pay a fee instead of making frontage improvements(PDF, 390KB).
