Planning Commission Meeting

The SeaTac Planning Commission reviews and makes recommendations to the City Council on long-range planning, land use, transportation, community facilities, and development regulations.

The Commission meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month.
A quorum of the City Council may be present.

Attend committee meetings in person at City Hall or remotely. Meetings are also broadcast on SeaTV (click the "live" Channel 1 grey box).

You can provide public comments in person, remotely, or in writing. Online registration is required for remote comments and encouraged for in-person comments. Registration and written comments are due by 3:30 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

Visit Council meetings and public participation for registration details and instructions. Submit email/text public comments to pcpubliccomment@seatacwa.gov. The comment will be mentioned by name and subject and then placed in the committee handout packet posted to the website.
