The build event will run from Nov 4 to Nov 7 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Breakfast, lunch and water will be provided. Gloves and other safety materials will also be provided for the projects that require them.

You can volunteer for as many days as you would like. Please come dressed for the weather. Closed-toed shoes are required; sneakers or work boots are advisable.
Prep Day 1: Wednesday, Nov 4 - 15 volunteers are needed
9:00 - Volunteers arrive and check in
4:00 p.m. - All prep work completed (approximate time)
Prep Day 2: Thursday, Nov 5 - 15 volunteers are needed
9:00 a.m. - arrival and check-in
TBD - All prep work completed
Prep Day 3: Friday, Nov 6 - 10 volunteers should be on "stand-by" in case they are needed
Build Day: Saturday Nov 7
6:30 a.m. - Team Leaders Arrive
8:00 a.m. - Volunteers arrive and check-in
8:30 a.m. - Kick-Off Ceremony
2:30 p.m. - Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony*
*The Ribbon cutting Ceremony will last approx. 20 minutes. Ribbon cutting time may be subject to change based on project completion.
