Sponsored by the City of SeaTac and Recology, we are pleased to announce the launch of the COMPOST CLUB, a new community composting program in SeaTac apartment complexes.

Multi-family buildings in SeaTac now have access to a green compost bin for composting kitchen food scraps and food-soiled paper. Composting helps reduce landfill waste, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and return nutrients back to the soil.

Use of the compost bin is limited to residents who agree to correctly utilize the bin and the property management company has agreed to host a bin. 

By joining the compost club you will: 

• Receive a free compost pail and compostable bags
• Get your Compost Access Key
• Learn the basics of composting at our property
• Ask questions about what goes in the compost and what stays out
• Learn where the compost bins are located.
