For any complaints that qualify as potential public health issues, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following information.
- The property address
- The nature of your concern
- And how we may contact you (either by phone or email)
You will be contacted by one of our Code Compliance Staff as soon as possible.
CODE COMPLAINT PROCESS
Complaints can be filed by using the Request for Action Form and sending it by email, by US Postal Service, or you may come in person and fill out a request form. A completed form must include the following information:
- your name, phone number, and address
- the exact street address where the possible violation has occurred
- specifics regarding the violation
This information is needed before a Code Compliance Officer will investigate.
