Filing   

The SeaTac Municipal Court does not have an e-filing portal at this time. All pleadings and documents you wish to file with the court may be sent to our email at municipalcourt@seatacwa.gov. Please include the prosecutor's office on your email if necessary: prosecutor@seatacwa.gov 

OCourt

SeaTac Municipal Court utilizes OCourt for orders and case scheduling. Please be prepared to use OCourt for all hearings. If you do not have an account set up, please call or email the court and a clerk will assist you.

Signatures

Defendant signatures are required on all disposition documents. Attorneys may not sign on behalf of their clients. The following documents will not be accepted without a defendant’s signature (Ocourt, Abode Sign, Docusign, a wet signature, or a similar secure method.) 

• No Contact Order

• Declaration of Non-surrender (firearms)

• Declaration of Non-driving

• Guilty Plea

• SOC

• Petition for Deferred Prosecution 

Virtual Hearings

Our virtual calendars are reserved for defendants who reside out of state, in eastern Washington, or require the use of an interpreter. All other hearings are in-person. There are no exceptions unless the Judge has authorized a virtual appearance due to exigent circumstances.
