Instead of appearing in court for a hearing, you may respond to your citation by submitting a statement by e-mail using this page. Please be sure to attach any supporting documents that you would like the court to consider (disability placard, proof of insurance, registration, etc.). Once your statement is submitted, a court clerk will respond to you via email to inform you of the date that your statement will be reviewed. The court will review your statement and the police report submitted by the officer to make a finding. You will receive an infraction disposition form in the mail with the court’s decision.
