Project Address: Riverton Heights Park, 3011 S. 148th St., SeaTac

The current timeline looks like this:

• Construction permitting approvals: July-November 2025
• Construction bidding and contract approval: December-January 2026
• Construction start: February 2026 to November 2026 (Mary and I need to discuss a more specific target for the spray park amenity completion and potential to incentivize the contractor to complete this amenity by June 2026 for potential opening).
