Project Summary

The 34^th Avenue S Phase 2 project provides a safer route for pedestrians, bicycles, and vehicles traveling along 34^th Avenue South between South 166^th Street and South 176^th Street.  Project improvements include pedestrian/bicycle facilities, curb, gutter, landscape strips, pavement reconstruction, pedestrian lighting, stormwater facilities, and undergrounding of overhead utilities. The project is currently in the design phase with construction anticipated in 2028. This project has received federal funds though the CMAQ Improvement Program.
