Banquet Room

The SeaTac Community Center offers excellent rental opportunities for your special event. Whether it be a wedding reception, your company banquet or a family reunion we offer a beautiful banquet room with clean kitchen for your entertaining needs.  Call 206.973.4680 for availability.

A non-refundable administration fee of $100 is required for all banquet room rentals and is due upon approval of application.  Sunday thru Friday non-profit rates available to all non-profit organizations.  On Saturdays, non-profit rates only apply non-profit organizations located in SeaTac.
Gymnasium (Athletic Events Only, 2 hour minimum rental)

Banquet Room - 10 hour minimum may be reduced if 10 hours are not available for the Saturday requested.

*Security/damage deposit is separate from your rental fee. This amount will be returned after your rental, provided there are no additional fees or charges.

**With the exception of the Banquet Room, a staff fee of $30 an hour may be charged for rentals occurring during non-business hours.

Picnic Shelter Reservations

Picnic shelters are available to rent at Angle Lake Park and North SeaTac Park. For information on shelter rentals call 206.973.4680.  Non-profit rates are available at the current resident rate.

Angle Lake Park
Shelter A (Closest to the beach/lake.  Maximum occupancy is 50. Shelter A includes 4 tables (4x8') and 2 grills.)

Shelter B (Closest to the children's play area.  Maximum occupancy is 50.  Shelter B includes 4 tables (4x8') and 2 grills.)

  • Resident Fee: Monday-Friday $115/day; Saturday-Sunday $140/day
  • Non-Resident Fee: Monday-Friday $150/day; Saturday-Sunday $200/day

Shelter C (Centrally located on plaza. Includes the fenced in picnic tables adjacent to the shelter.  Maximum occupancy is 150.  Shelter C includes 6 tables (4x8') and 4 grills.)

  • Resident Fee: Monday-Friday $150/day; Saturday & Sunday $175/day*
  • Non-Resident Fee: Monday-Friday $250/day; Saturday & Sunday $300/day

Shelter D (West side of park.  Maximum occupancy is 30.  Shelter D includes 2 tables (4x8') and 1 grill.)

  • Resident Fee: Monday-Friday $75/day; Saturday-Sunday $120/day
  • Non-Resident Fee: Monday-Friday $100/day; Saturday-Sunday $150/day

Performance Stage

  • Resident Fee: Monday-Thursday $115/day; Friday-Sunday $140/day
  • Non-Resident Fee: Monday-Thursday $150/day; Friday-Sunday $200/day
  • If renting the performance stage, a Special Use Permit is required.

North SeaTac Park
Picnic Shelter (Maximum occupancy is 50.)

  • Resident Fee: Monday-Thursday $100/day; Friday-Sunday $140/day
  • Non-Resident Fee: Monday-Thursday $150/day; Friday-Sunday $200/day

Highlights from the Park Code

2.45.530 Fireworks. No person shall possess, discharge, set off, or cause to be discharged, in or into any park area, any firecracker, torpedo, rocket, firework, explosive, or substance harmful to the life or safety of persons or property, unless so authorized by the Department.

2.45.550 Alcoholic beverages. Selling possessing or consuming alcoholic beverages in a City park, recreation area, or associated marine area is prohibited.  See link to Park Code below.
