City of SeaTac Business License

The City of SeaTac requires all businesses located within the city limits, or who conduct business within the city limits, to be licensed with the city.

The City of SeaTac participates in state Business Licensing Service partnership. This combined licensing system makes it easier to connect state and local requirements in one annual transaction for most businesses. For fast service, apply online for a city business license.

Home Operated Businesses

If you are located within SeaTac City Limits and wish to operate from a residence, a completed Home Occupation Addendum must also be completed and returned to the city Finance Department. Email the completed addendum to businesslicenses@seatacwa.gov or mail to City of SeaTac Finance Department 4800 S 188^th St SeaTac, Washington 98188

• Obtain special use permit by contacting our Parks and Recreation department at parksmobilevending@seatacwa.gov

To vend in Residential/Commercial or other private spaces

• Obtain permit by contacting our Community and Economic Development Department at  seatacplanning@seatacwa.gov or call 206-973-4750
