SeaTac Guidance

  • Did you know you need a business license to operate a rental unit in SeaTac?
    •  The City of SeaTac participates in state Business Licensing Service partnership. This combined licensing system makes it easier to connect state and local requirements in one annual transaction for most businesses. For fast service, apply online for a city business license.

  • Landlords must provide a Renting in SeaTac Guide to all residential tenants.
    • This handbook provides information regarding the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants and provides details on just cause evictions.
