Agenda Bill #3433; Ordinance #12-1008 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement for legal services with the Pacifica Law Group to assist in the creation of the Seattle Southside Tourism Promotion Area and a Public Development Authority, and amending the 2012 Annual City Budget was adopted June 26, 2012 and becomes effective July 7, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3436; Motion authorizing the City Manager to accept the competitive price set by the State Contract with Konica Minolta Business Solutions for leasing photocopiers was carried and became effective June 26, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3431; Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with King County for Animal Services was carried and became effective June 26, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3434; Ordinance #12-1009 amending the 2012 Budget to include unexpended carry forward budget appropriation from 2011 for projects continuing into 2012 was adopted June 26, 2012 and becomes effective July 7, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3426; Resolution #12-008 for the Ten-Year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for 2013-2022 was passed and became effective June 26, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3435; Ordinance #12-1010 establishing a biennial budget beginning January 1, 2013 for the 2013-2014 Budget Biennium was adopted June 26, 2012 and becomes effective July 7, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3427; Resolution #12-009 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Development and Transit Way Agreement for the South Link Light Rail Project was passed and became effective June 26, 2012.
