The regularly scheduled September 8, 2026 Council Study Session (CSS) has been changed to a Special CSS beginning at 5 p.m.

The purpose of this meeting is for an Executive Session only. The public portion of the meeting will be called to order and adjourned in the Council Chambers. No action will be taken at this meeting.
