Agenda Bill #6936; An Ordinance #26-1015 extending the Moratorium on Detention Facilities for six months was adopted July 14, 2026 and becomes effective July 25, 2026.

Agenda Bill #6957; An Ordinance #26-1016 authorizing the addition of one Assistant Beach Manager and two lifeguards for Angle Lake was adopted and became effective July 14, 2026.

Agenda Bill #6934; A Resolution #26-009 incorporating the results of community engagement into the theme for International Village was passed and became effective July 14, 2026.

Agenda Bill #6956; An Ordinance #26-1017 placing a proposition before the voters at the November 3, 2026, General Election to authorize the Public Safety Sales and Use Tax under RCW 82.14.450; solicit committee members to prepare arguments for and against the proposition; and approve the ballot title and explanatory statement was adopted July 14, 2026 and becomes effective July 25, 2026.
