The following Council direction was given at the June 18, 2026 Special Council Meeting:

Public Safety Sales Tax (PSST)
Council direction/consensus: Refer to A&F Committee and develop an ordinance and ballot measure language for Council action at the July 14, 2026 Regular Council Meeting

Business & Occupation (B&O)
Develop an ordinance for Council action to be considered in conjunction with the 2027–28 Biennial Budget

Preparation of Biennial Budget
Engage financial consultant for modeling revenue and expense scenarios and return if needed with a proposed budget amendment
