Agenda Bill #6861; An Ordinance #26-1013 amending SeaTac Municipal Code Title 15 related to residential conversions in existing buildings and adoption of regulations to comply with HB 1757 and RCW 35A.21.440 was adopted June 9, 2026 and becomes effective June 20, 2026.

Agenda Bill #6923; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract amendment for the SeaTac Central Subarea Plan increasing the contract amount from $135,000 to $205,000 was carried and became effective June 9, 2026.

Agenda Bill #6929; A Resolution #26-006 amending the City’s Financial Policies was passed and became effective June 9, 2026.
