Agenda Bill #6578; An Ordinance #25-1028 amending the City's 2025-2026 Biennial Budget was adopted November 25, 2025 and becomes effective December 6, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6632; A Resolution #25-014 amending the City of SeaTac Schedule of License Fees, Permit Fees, Other Fees and Charges for City Services was passed and became effective November 25, 2025 and becomes effective January 1, 2026.

Agenda Bill #6798; A Resolution #25-015 confirming the General Contractor / Construction Manager (“GCCM”) project delivery methodology for the proposed City Hall, Civic Plaza, and associated parking at the SeaTac Civic Campus was passed and became effective November 25, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6799; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract amendment with Jones Lang Lasalle Americas, Inc (JLL) was carried and became effective November 25, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6800; An Ordinance #25-1029 amending the 2025-2026 Biennial Budget for the acquisition of the Civic Campus property was adopted November 25, 2025 and becomes effective December 6, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6814; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute the Purchase and Sale Agreement for the property located at 20011 International Blvd. SeaTac, commonly known as the "Bullpen" Property was carried and became effective November 25, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6579; An Ordinance #25-1030 authorizing the City's 2026 Property Tax Levy was adopted November 25, 2025 and becomes effective December 6, 2025.
