Agenda Bill #6767; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Highline Amateur Radio Club (HARC) and the City of SeaTac Office of Emergency Management for Auxiliary Communications (AUXCOMM) services during emergency and non-emergency public events within the City of SeaTac was carried and became effective September 9, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6672; An Ordinance amending the 2025-2026 Biennial Budget to authorize expenditures based on the finalized readiness plan for the FIFA 2026 World Cup was adopted September 9, 2025 and becomes effective September 20, 2025 was referred to the September 23, 2025 Regular Council Meeting as an Action Item.
