Agenda Bill #6647; An Ordinance #25-1008 adopting and amending SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) sections related to middle housing and Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) regulations was adopted June 10, 2025 and becomes effective June 21, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6709; An Ordinance #25-1009 extending the Franchise Agreement between the City and Level 3 Communications, Inc., for 10 years was adopted June 10, 2025 and becomes effective June 21, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6710; An Ordinance #25-1010 amending Chapter 11.30 of the SeaTac Municipal Code related to Commute Trip Reduction and adopting the City's Commute Trip Reduction Plan Update was adopted June 10, 2025 and becomes effective June 21, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6723; An Emergency Ordinance #25-1011 temporarily amending SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) 5.35 to allow for Fireworks Stands in 2025 was adopted June 10, 2025 and becomes effective immediately on June 10, 2025 and expires July 5, 2025.
