Agenda Bill #6627; A Resolution #25-002 authorizing the Allocation of Funds to Finance Affordable Housing in South King County in Accordance with the 2024 South King Housing and Homelessness Partners (SKHHP) Housing Capital Fund Recommendation was passed and became effective March 25, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6665; An Ordinance #25-1003 amending the City's 2025-2026 Biennial Budget was adopted March 25, 2025 and becomes effective April 5, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6649; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Public Works Construction Contract with Terra Dynamics Inc. in the amount of $4,366,410 to construct a new trailhead at SeaTac Des Moines Creek Park was carried and became effective March 25, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6631; A Motion to execute professional services contract amendments with KPG Psomas, Inc. and Commonstreet Consultants, LLC for the Airport Station Area Pedestrian Improvements Project (SeaTac CIP No. ST-141) was carried and became effective March 25, 2025.

A Motion to suspend the rules to allow Agenda Bill #6679 to be presented, discussed, and acted on at this meeting without prior standing committee review or City Manager request for referral directly to a Regular Council Meeting was carried and became effective March 25, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6679; A Resolution #25-003 authorizing the City Manager to execute contracts pertaining to the mitigation, restoration, repair, and reconstruction of City Hall due to water damage incurred on February 28, 2025 was passed and became effective March 25, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6400; A Resolution #25-004 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures was passed and became effective March 25, 2025.
