A Motion directing the City Manager to issue statements on or before February 3 on behalf of the City of SeaTac, (1) affirming the City’s commitment to uphold the rights of transgender individuals; affording equal protection to transgender community members; cultivating public spaces where all people can gather, heal, and strengthen their connections; and working to defend SeaTac residents from hatred and oppression in all of its forms; and (2) affirming the City’s commitment to uphold the rights of LGQTQI+ individuals; affording equal protection to LGQTQI+ community members; cultivating public spaces where all people can gather, heal, and strengthen their connections; and working to defend SeaTac residents from hatred and oppression in all of its forms, was carried and became effective January 28, 2025.

A Motion directing the City Manager to work with staff to return on February 11 with a proposed list of topics on which the City will issue values-based public communications in response to federal actions that threaten SeaTac City values was carried and became effective January 28, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6568; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a purchase order with Public Restroom Company in the amount of $566,962 for the design, fabrication and installation of a prefabricated restroom building for Riverton Heights Park was carried and became effective January 28, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6582; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a purchase order with Public Restroom Company in the amount of $426,489 for the design, fabrication and installation of the restroom at SeaTac Des Moines Creek Park was carried and became effective January 28, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6628; A Motion awarding and executing contracts with the recommended service providers listed, authorizing associated expenditures for Human Services programs for the 2025/2026 Human Services Funding Collaborative (1.5% General Fund) was carried and became effective January 28, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6569; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute the second amendment to the Professional Services Contract with Perteet, Inc. for the South 204th Street Improvements project (ST-134) was carried and became effective January 28, 2025.

Agenda Bill #6577; A Motion approving the site evaluation criteria for a civic campus and authorizing the City Manager to proceed with site evaluation including due diligence by sub-contractors was carried and became effective January 28, 2025.
