Agenda Bill #3419; Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a five-year lease agreement in the SeaTac Center with Sahra Abdulle, doing business as SeaTac Market / Sunset International Furniture was carried and became effective May 8, 2012.

Agenda Bill #3428; Ordinance #12-1006 related to employment agreements for City Department Head level positions was adopted May 8, 2012 and becomes effective May 19, 2012.

Claims voucher (check no. 98207) in the amount of $600 for the period ended May 4 was moved to the May 22 Council Study Session for further discussion.
