Agenda Bill #6491; An Ordinance amending the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget to provide additional funding for the advancement of the SeaTac Civic Campus Project and authorizing the Interim City Manager to execute a Phase 2 contract with JLL, the City's owner representative, as well as on-call contracts as needed to provide services in support of site acquisition, community outreach, financial planning and bond counsel.

Agenda Bill #6490; A Motion authorizing staff to engage in further evaluation of the real property at 15211 International Boulevard, the "Triangle Property," for community use was carried and became effective September 10, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6389; An Ordinance #24-1015 granting a franchise agreement with New Cingular Wireless PCS (d/b/a AT&T Wireless, or AT&T) for wireless telecommunication services was adopted September 10, 2024 and becomes effective September 21, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6496; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the South Correctional Entity (SCORE) for use and maintenance of 18th Avenue South was carried and became effective September 10, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6388; An Ordinance granting a franchise agreement with Seattle SMSA Limited Partnership (d/b/a Verizon Wireless, or “Verizon”) for wireless telecommunication services was referred to the September 24, 2024 Regular Council Meeting as a Consent Agenda Item.
