Agenda Bill #6357; A Motion declaring City Property surplus and authorizing its disposal was carried and became effective April 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6416; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Flock Group Inc. for the Flock Safety Platform was carried and became effective April 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6428; A Motion authorizing the disposition of real property at 3215 S. 152nd Street that was the former site of Fire Station #47 for the creation of affordable multifamily or supportive housing was carried and became effective April 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6415; A Resolution #24-005 accepting Carl C. Cole's letter of resignation from the position of City Manager, making a severance payment, and appointing an Interim City Manager was passed and became effective April 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6403; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an interlocal agreement (ILA) with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) to install new traffic video detection systems ahead of WSDOT's paving project on International Boulevard (IB) was carried and became effective April 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6418; An Ordinance #24-1010 authorizing execution of a contract with Bulpin Consulting Services to provide On-Call Real Property and Right-of-Way Management services and amending the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted April 23, 2024 and becomes effective May 4, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6401; A Motion adopting the City of SeaTac 2024-2028 Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan (CEMP) was carried and became effective April 23, 2024.
