Agenda Bill #6336; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of SeaTac and the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for the State Route 509 Completion Project, Stage 2 was carried and became effective January 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6342; A Resolution #24-002 confirming the City Manager's appointment of Andrew Reeves as the City Hearing Examiner, providing for the appointment of a Hearing Examiner Pro Tem, and authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract for Hearing Examiner services was passed and became effective January 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6338; A Resolution #24-003 adopting the SeaTac Tourism Destination Development Plan (TDDP) was passed and became effective January 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6340; An Ordinance #24-1002 authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract amendment with Perteet, Inc. for the South 204th Street Improvements Project (Public Works CIP No. ST-134) and amending the City's 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted January 23, 2024 and becomes effective February 3, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6349; A Resolution #24-004 establishing the 2024 Final Docket of Comprehensive Plan amendments was passed and became effective January 23, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6300; A Motion authorizing the City to enter into an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the South King Housing and Homelessness Partners (SKHHP) through a companion agreement, approving the 2024 SKHHP work plan and budget, and authorizing the use of $300,000 of General Fund (GF)money currently budgeted for human services for a contribution to the Housing Capital Fund was carried and became effective January 23, 2024.
