The following Council actions were taken at the January 9, 2024 Regular Council Meeting:

CM Egal was selected as the Mayor of SeaTac through 2025.

CM Guzmán was selected as the Deputy Mayor of SeaTac through 2025.

Agenda Bill #6343; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the construction management contract with Perteet, Inc. for the 34th Avenue South project (Public Works CIP ST-015) was carried and became effective January 9, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6344; A Resolution #24-001 authorizing the surplus of real property at 1140 South 200th Street that was originally acquired to facilitate construction of the South 200th Street and Des Moines Memorial Drive South Intersection project (PW CIP ST-065) and to execute a purchase and sale agreement to sell the property was passed and became effective January 9, 2024.

Agenda Bill #6350; An Ordinance #24-1001 amending the professional services contract with DKS Associates for the 2024 Transportation Master Plan (TMP) project and amending the City’s 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted January 9, 2024 and becomes effective January 20, 2024.
