The following Council actions were taken at the December 12, 2023 Regular Council Meeting: 

Approved: Grant Acceptance for the Washington State Department of Ecology Stormwater Capacity Grant - $130,000.

Approved: Grant Acceptance for the Washington State Transportation Improvement Board 2023 Urban Arterial Program Grant (23-G016) - $4,000,000.

Regular Council Meeting held November 28, 2023

Agenda Bill #6337; An Ordinance #23-1027 authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Federal Way to provide commute trip reduction services and amending the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget as adopted December 12, 2023 and becomes effective December 23, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6303; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a Second Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement with the Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority was carried and became effective December 12, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6307; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Agreement with the Islamic Center of Seattle (ICS) accommodating a lot line adjustment between Riverton Heights Park and the adjacent ICS properties thereby creating a parcel configuration that will allow for the future development of a new Mosque facility and providing additional parking for Riverton Heights Park users was carried and became effective December 12, 2023.
