The following Council direction was given at the August 8, 2023 Special Council Study Session: 

Agenda Bill #6288; A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to site, design and construct a Civic Campus inclusive of a New City Hall and hire both additional staff and consulting services to support the project.

Agenda Bill #6291; A Motion supporting a pilot priority hire program by applying a Community Workforce Agreement to the 34th Avenue South Phase 2 project and accepting grant funding from King County to support the pilot program was carried and became effective August 8, 2023.
