Agenda Bill #6218; A Motion approving the 2023 amended budget for the Seattle Southside Regional Tourism Authority (SSRTA) was carried and became effective June 13, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6127; An Ordinance #23-1017 authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with Perteet, Inc. for the South 204th Street, 30th Avenue South, 32nd Avenue South Project (Public Works CIP No. ST-134), and amending the City’s 2023-2024 Biennial Budget by increasing expenditures in the Transportation CIP Fund (#307) by $625,030 to fund design was adopted June 13, 2023 and becomes effective June 24, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6178; A Motion awarding the construction contract to Tucci and Sons and authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract amendment with Exeltech Consulting for construction the 2023 Overlay Project (Public Works CIP No. ST-903) was carried and became effective June 13, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6281; An Ordinance #23-1018 amending the City's Criminal Code under SeaTac Municipal Code 8.05.380 entitled "Controlled Substances" adopting by reference certain sections of RCW 69.50 and providing for severability, and effective date and corrections was adopted June 13, 2023 and becomes effective July 1, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6192; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Integrity Interior Solutions for the City Hall carpet and cubicle upgrade was carried and became effective June 13, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6181; A Resolution #23-006 adopting a six-year Transportation Improvement Program for 2024-2029 was passed and became effective June 13, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6270; An Ordinance #23-1019 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Parametrix, Inc. to update the City's Surface Water Comprehensive Plan (CP) and amending the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted June 13, 2023 and becomes effective June 24, 2023.
