Agenda Bill #6271; An Ordinance #23-1014 amending the agreement with ANEW to fund an Apprenticeship Program and amending the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted May 23, 2023 and becomes effective June 3, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6106; An Ordinance #23-1015 authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with DKS Associates for the 2024 Transportation Master Plan and amend the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted May 23, 2023 and becomes effective June 3, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6191; An Ordinance #23-1016 updating SMC Title 13 to adopt the 2021 State Building Codes was adopted May 23, 2023 and becomes effective June 22, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6272; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Settlement Agreement in Principle with Highline School District (HSD) for the undergrounding of overhead utilities as part of the redevelopment of Tyee High School and future redevelopment of Chinook Middle School was carried and became effective May 23, 2023.
