Agenda Bill #6126; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with KPG Psomas for design of the 34th Avenue South Phase 2 project (Public Works CIP Project ST-016) was carried and became effective May 9, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6259; An Ordinance #23-1013 amending and repealing certain parts of Chapter 5.35 of the SeaTac Municipal Code, modifying the complete ban on the use, discharge and sale of fireworks in the City was adopted May 9, 2023 and becomes effective June 8, 2023.
