Agenda Bill #6216; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) for Phase II of the SR509 Completion Project was carried and became effective April 25, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6173; An Ordinance #23-1010 amending Chapter 3.31 of the SeaTac Municipal Code related to Purchasing was adopted April 25, 2023 and becomes effective May 6, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6177; A Resolution #23-004 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures was passed and became effective April 25, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6220; An Ordinance #23-1011 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Klinge & Associates, Inc. for construction services for the Police substation and amending the City's 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted April 25, 2023 and becomes effective May 6, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6205; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Amendment to the City's Purchase Agreement with Trebron Company to add Network Monitoring and Response Functionality was carried and became effective April 25, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6194; An Ordinance #23-1012 amending the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted April 25, 2023 and becomes effective May 6, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6184; A Resolution #23-005 amending the City of SeaTac Travel Policies, Regulations, and Procedures was passed and became effective April 25, 2023.
