Agenda Bill #6199; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to an existing Interlocal Agreement between the City of SeaTac and King County in order to receive a grant from Conservation Futures Tax Levy funds to acquire property for the Bow Lake Springs Wetland park project was carried and became effective March 14, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6166; A Motion to execute an amendment to the professional services contract with KPG-Psomas for the Airport Station Pedestrian Improvements Project (Public Works CIP ST-141) was carried and became effective March 14, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6174; An Ordinance #23-1004 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Hans Van Dusen for solid waste contract consulting services and amending the City's 2023-2024 Biennial Budget was adopted March 14, 2023 and becomes effective January 1, 2022.

Agenda Bill #6193; An Ordinance #23-1005 amending the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget to allocate funding for the purchase of nine streetlights to be installed along the frontage of the Polaris development was adopted March 14, 2023 and becomes effective January 1, 2022.

Agenda Bill #6185; A Resolution #23-003 amending the 2023 City of SeaTac Fee Schedule to include fees associated with the Roadside Memorial Sign Policy was passed and became effective March 14, 2023.
