Agenda Bill #6132; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a lease agreement between Sunset Management LLC and the City of SeaTac for the Police Substation was carried and became effective January 24, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6145; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute contracts with Gordon Thomas Honeywell for Lobbyist services in 2023-24 was carried and became effective January 24, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6130; An Ordinance #23-1001 amending SeaTac Municipal Code 2.15 related to Citizen Advisory Committee, Commissions, and Boards and sunsetting the Sidewalk Advisory Committee (SAC) was adopted January 24, 2023 and becomes effective February 29, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6128; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Top to Bottom for custodial work at City facilities was carried and became effective January 24, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6147; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between SeaTac and Normandy Park related to electrical permit services was carried and became effective January 24, 2023.

Agenda Bill #6144; A Resolution #23-001 adopting a Roadside Memorial Sign Policy for the City of SeaTac was passed and became effective January 24, 2023.
