Council direction:

• Increase City Manager Authority from $50,000 - $100,000 and implement a summary list for items $100,000.01 - $150,000 for a trial period to be reviewed in one year from effective date.

Agenda Bill #6104; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into contracts with selected human service agencies for 2023 and 2024, as recommended by the Community Services Advisory and Parks and Recreation committees was carried and became effective December 13, 2022.
