 Agenda Bill #6018; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between the City of SeaTac and the Highline School District No. 401 regarding shared facility use at Valley Ridge Park and the Tyee Educational Complex parking area was carried and became effective July 26, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5994; An Ordinance #22-1011 amending Chapter 2.03 to the SeaTac Municipal Code related to Risk Management to appoint additional agents to receive claims for damages and service of process was adopted July 26, 2022 and becomes effective August 6, 2022.

Agenda Bill #6032; A Motion authorizing the City Council to rename Des Moines Creek Park to SeaTac Des Moines Creek Park was carried and became effective July 26, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5978; A Motion declaring City Property surplus and authorizing its disposal was carried and became effective July 26, 2022.
