Agenda Bill #6008; An Ordinance #22-1006 amending Section 12.10.010 of the SeaTac Municipal Code related to the adoption of the 2021 King County Surface Water Design Manual and the SeaTac Addendum was adopted June 14, 2022 and becomes effective June 25, 2022.

Agenda Bill #6007; A Resolution #22-011 amending the City’s Financial Policies and repealing Resolution 20-015 was passed and became effective June 14, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5996; An Ordinance #22-1007 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with King County Community Development Block Grant Program to fund the cities of Covington, Des Moines, SeaTac and Tukwila in the joint Minor Home Repair Program and amending the City's 2021-2022 Biennial Budget was adopted June 14, 2022 and becomes effective June 25, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5990; An Ordinance #22-1008 authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with Multi-Service Center and the African Community Development and Housing to administer the Rental Assistance Program by utilizing the Affordable Housing Sales Tax Fund (#112) and amending the City's 2021-2022 Biennial Budget was adopted June 14, 2022 and becomes effective June 25, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5997; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into contracts with Multi-Service Center-Emergency Assistance and Partner in Employment for human services was carried and became effective June 14, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5998; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with American Ramp Company to construct a bicycle pump track at North SeaTac Park was carried and became effective June 14, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5898; A Resolution #22-012 adopting a six-year Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the years 2023-2028 was passed and became effective June 14, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5988; A Motion authorizing staff to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQs) to architectural and engineering firms to design Maintenance Facility improvements based on the 2021 facility assessment recommendations was carried and became effective June 14, 2022.
