Agenda Bill #5893; An Ordinance #22-1002 amending the zoning code related to short-term rental regulations was adopted March 22, 2022 and becomes effective April 2, 2022.

Agenda Bill #5910; A Resolution #22-006 adopting the City of SeaTac Strategic Real Estate Plan report was passed and became effective March 22, 2022.
