 Agenda Bill #5848; Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into an interlocal agreement (ILA) with surrounding jurisdictions for the sale of salt brine was carried and became effective December 14, 2021.

 Agenda Bill #5825; Motion to move the City’s 2022 Federal Legislative Agenda to the January 11, 2022 RCM for final consideration and potential action was carried.

 Agenda Bill #5845; Resolution #21-014 ratifying the 2021 update to the Green/Duwamish and Central Puget Sound Watershed or Water Resource Inventory Area (WRIA) 9 Salmon Habitat Plan was passed and became effective December 14, 2021.

 Agenda Bill #5856; Ordinance #21-1040 confirming the appointment of Pauline Freund as the SeaTac Municipal Court Judge, repealing Ordinance No. 17-1024, and authorizing the City Manager to execute an Employment Agreement with Pauline Freund was adopted December 14, 2021, and becomes effective January 1, 2022.
