Agenda Bill #5786; An Ordinance #21-1030 amending the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget was adopted September 28, 2021 and becomes effective October 9, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5763; An Ordinance #21-1031 amending the zoning code related to supportive housing facilities to comply with HB 1220 and repealing Ordinance 2020-10123, enacting a moratorium on the permanent establishment of "Overnight Shelter" and "Transitional Housing" and similar uses and repealing Ordinance 21-1011, extending the moratorium was adopted and became effective September 28, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5779; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with the Port of Seattle (POS) for the City to provide municipal court and prosecution services for cases occurring on Seattle-Tacoma International Airport property  was carried and became effective September 28, 2021.
