The following Council action was taken at the August 31, 2021 Special Council Meeting: 

Ordinance #21-1027 enacting a moratorium on the permanent establishment of “Halfway House”, “Work Release Facilities”, and similar uses; declaring an emergency; and establishing an effective date was adopted and became effective August 31, 2021.
