Agenda Bill #5760; An Ordinance 21-1020 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Gordon Thomas Honeywell for Federal Lobbying and amending the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget, was adopted July 27, 2021 and becomes effective August 7, 2021.
