Agenda Bill #5609; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to enter into a three-year Enterprise License Agreement with ESRI for GIS software and support was carried and became effective January 26, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5613; An Ordinance #21-1002 retaining a Part-Time Prosecutor position within the Legal Department, and amending the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget to fund this position was adopted January 26, 2021 and becomes effective February 6, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5612; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract amendment with Parametrix, for additional services required for the 34th Avenue South Project (ST-015) was carried and became effective January 26, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5600; A Resolution #21-001 establishing the 2021 Final Docket of Comprehensive Plan amendments was passed and became effective January 26, 2021.

Agenda Bill #5619; A Resolution #21-002 expressing the City’s intent to terminate the Interlocal Agreement with King County for Law Enforcement Services and directing the City Manager to provide King County with the required 45-day notice of intent to terminate the Agreement and begin the process of exploring alternative methods for providing police services to the City was passed and became effective January 26, 2021.
