The following Council actions were taken at the September 22, 2020 Regular Council Meeting:

Agenda Bill #5562; An Ordinance #20-1015 authorizing the City Manager to purchase laptop computers in order to facilitate remote working capabilities for City employees and amending the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget was adopted September 22, 2020 and becomes effective October 3, 2020.

Agenda Bill #5403; An Ordinance #20-1016 amending SeaTac Municipal Code Chapter 9.20 related to vehicle impoundment, redemption, and impoundment hearings was adopted September 22, 2020, as amended to revise section 9.02.080(h) by striking the words “regardless of whether” and insert the word “if”, and strike out the words “or unlawful”, and becomes effective October 3, 2020.

Agenda Bill #5420; An Ordinance #20-1017 adding new Sections to Chapter 9.05 of the SeaTac Municipal Code relating to parking restrictions and enforcement at City-owned properties was adopted September 22, 2020 and becomes effective October 3, 2020.

Agenda Bill #5534; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute an agreement with Kent School District for the Stormwater Drainage and Sanitary Sewer easements at Grandview Park was carried and became effective September 22, 2020.

Agenda Bill #5507; A Resolution #20-011 amending the City Council Administrative Procedures was passed and became effective September 22, 2020.

Approval of Summary of Grant Acceptance for the period ended November 28, 2020.

The following item was removed from the agenda prior to the meeting to be reviewed at a future meeting:

Agenda Bill #5559; An Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with the Highline School District to provide funding for internet access to eligible families during the 2020 -2021 school year as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, and amending the City's 2019 - 2020 Biennial Budget.
