The following Council direction was given at the September 8, 2020 Regular Council Meeting:

Refer to Administration & Finance Committee
• Cares Money for Highline Schools – Comcast Internet Essentials for income qualifying houses

Refer to a future Regular Council Meeting
• Kent School District easement back to the full Council from the Parks & Recreation (P&R) Committee 

The following Council actions were taken at the September 8, 2020 Regular Council Meeting:

Transportation & Public Works Committee meeting held August 16, 2018 (this set was never approved by Council)
Planning & Economic Development Committee meetings held February 27, 2020 and June 25, 2020
Transportation & Public Works Committee meeting held August 6, 2020 
Regular Council Meeting held August 11, 2020
Transportation & Public Works Committee meeting held August 20, 2020 
Special Council Meeting held September 1, 2020

Agenda Bill #5470; An Ordinance #20-1014 authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Northwest Cascade, Inc. to construct the Riverton Heights Neighborhood Park Phase II improvements, and amending the City's 2019-2020 Biennial Budget was adopted September 8, 2020 and becomes effective September 19, 2020.

Agenda Bill #5492; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to award and execute contracts with Ceccanti, Inc. and Perteet, Inc., amend a contract with PBS Engineering & Environmental, Inc., and authorize total project expenditures for the South 200th Street Shared Use Path Project was carried and became effective September 8, 2020.  

Agenda Bill #5490; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with DKS Associates, Inc. for the Military Road South/South 164th Street/42nd Avenue South Intersection Study was carried and became effective September 8, 2020. 

Agenda Bill #5489; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with Fehr & Peers for the South 200th Street Corridor Study was carried and became effective September 8, 2020. 

The following agenda bill was continued from the July 28, 2020 RCM with a Motion on the Table. At this meeting (9/8/20), Councilmember Kwon (the maker of the motion), withdrew his motion. 
Agenda Bill #5513; A Motion authorizing the City Manager or designee to establish an administrative policy for resolving restrictive covenants deferring construction as they are identified was withdrawn.
