Agenda Bill #5531; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a construction management services contract amendment with Perteet, Inc. for the Military Road South/South 152nd Street Project was carried and became effective August 11, 2020.  

Agenda Bill #5501; An Ordinance #20-1012 amending the 2019-2020 Biennial Budget was adopted August 11, 2020 and becomes effective August 22, 2020. 

 Agenda Bill #5527; A Motion approving an amendment to the Purchase and Sale Agreement (PSA) with Trent Development Inc. for the sale of the property located at 2929 South 200th Street (former Fire Station #45 property) was carried and became effective August 11, 2020.  

 Agenda Bill #5487; A Motion authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services contract with KPG for design of the Airport Station Area Pedestrian Improvements (PW Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Projects ST-141, ST-N34 and ST-N64) was carried and became effective August 11, 2020.  

Agenda Bill #5483; A Resolution #20-010 adopting the City of SeaTac Annex to the King County (KC) Hazard Mitigation Plan was passed and became effective December 10, 2020.  

Agenda Bill #5518; An Ordinance #20-1013 amending Chapters 12.40 and 15.700 of the SeaTac Municipal Code (SMC) as interim and emergency development regulations and official controls pursuant to RCW 35A.63.220 and RCW 36.70A.390 relating to Flood Damage Prevention and Flood Hazard Areas, declaring an emergency, adopting findings of fact pursuant to RCW 36.70A.390, and establishing an effective date was adopted and became effective August 11, 2020.
