Agenda Bill #5306; An Ordinance #20-1001 establishing a Transportation Concurrency Program for the City of SeaTac was adopted January 28, 2020 and becomes effective April 6, 2020.
Agenda Bill #5333; An Ordinance #20-1002 authorizing the City Manager to execute an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Des Moines for the design and construction of intersection improvements at South 208th Street and 24th Avenue South and amending the City's 2019-2020 Biennial Budget to provide project funding was adopted January 28, 2020 and becomes effective February 8, 2020.
Agenda Bill #5291; An Ordinance #20-1003 adding a new Section 11.10.105 and amending certain Sections of the SeaTac Municipal Code related to the issuance of right-of-way permits for Expressive Activities was adopted January 28, 2020 and becomes effective February 8, 2020.
Agenda Bill #5364; An Ordinance #20-1004 adding a new Chapter 3.95 of the SeaTac Municipal Code, authorizing the maximum capacity of a local sales and use tax to fund investments in affordable and supportive housing as authorized under RCW 82.14.540, and establishing an Affordable Housing Sales Tax Fund was adopted January 28, 2020 and becomes effective February 8, 2020.
